If an order is cancelled before the product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

ORDER VERIFICATION

SHIPPING

All jewelry purchases are shipped using insured shipping carriers.

DELAYS CAUSED BY SHIPPING CARRIERS

LM Solid Gold is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the nature and value of fine jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, sizing issues, or change of mind.

Claims will only be considered in the following cases:

• incorrect item received
• verified structural manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery
• verified damage caused during shipping

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of:

• the original packaging
• the external shipping box

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND RETURN VERIFICATION

In the event that a product is returned for inspection under an approved claim, the item must match the exact product originally shipped.

If the returned item is determined to be different from the original product shipped, altered, damaged by misuse, missing components, or otherwise inconsistent with the original shipment, the claim will be denied.

PACKAGE TAMPERING CLAIMS

All shipments are carefully inspected and documented prior to shipment.

If a customer claims that a package arrived empty or missing contents, the claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and may require verification through shipping carrier investigation.

LM Solid Gold reserves the right to deny claims where evidence does not support the allegation.

FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks will be actively challenged.

Evidence including order confirmation, payment authorization, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and carrier records may be used to dispute such claims.

Customers who initiate fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
