REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature and value of fine jewelry, LM Solid Gold does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, and specifications before completing a purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
Claims will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• the customer received an incorrect item
• the item arrived with a verified structural manufacturing defect present at delivery
• the item was damaged during shipping
Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
All claims must include clear photographic evidence showing:
• the product received
• the original packaging
• the external shipping box
• the shipping label
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
RETURN VERIFICATION
If a return is authorized for inspection, the item must be the exact item originally shipped.
If the returned item is found to be different from the original item shipped, altered, damaged by misuse, missing components, or otherwise inconsistent with the original shipment, the claim will be denied.
PACKAGE TAMPERING CLAIMS
All shipments are inspected and documented before leaving our facility.
Claims stating that a package arrived empty or missing contents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and may require a shipping carrier investigation.
LM Solid Gold reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the customer should take photographs immediately and retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be actively contested.
Evidence including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and carrier tracking records may be used to dispute such claims.
Customers initiating fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
